How to Order
You can make a purchase through the following channels:
NOTE: For same-day delivery, kindly send us a DM on Instagram and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Cut-off time for same-day delivery is 3 pm.

Shipping & Schedule
All items on our channels are on-hand and shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Kindly note that cut-off for both schedules is on the day before (Monday and Thursday) at 6 pm. Orders made past cut-off time will be scheduled for ship out on the following date (ex. if you ordered at 6:01 pm on Monday, your order will be shipped out on Friday).
After we’ve handed over your package to our courier, we'll send you a DM with the corresponding tracking details.

Delivery lead time
Metro Manila - You may expect your package to be delivered within 1-3 days.
Provincial - You may expect a delivery lead time of 5-7 days.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy allows customers to exchange their item/s due to sizing issues. The customer will shoulder the shipping expenses for this process. Please note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
For damaged items, kindly send us a photo on Instagram for verification. Once confirmed, our team will exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Request for exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. The item/s for exchange must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags still intact. Any item that has been damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for an exchange.
Product Care
All our products are machine washable using the gentle cycle and are to be line dried.
Sizing
You can check out our size chart for the measurements of each style. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more loose fit and sizing down for a more snug fit. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries on sizing. Happy shopping!
