Our garments are consciously manufactured in small batches and made from soft, durable, and low-impact fabrics built to stand the test of time. With a mindful and slow approach to design, we produce only what is needed and keep production waste to a minimum. We also work closely with our manufacturer and are continuously finding ways to better ourselves for both you and the environment.

Our Story

Body Basics is run by 3 women who share the same interest: responsible fashion. Weary of the negative effects of fast fashion on our planet, we made a commitment to keep a low environmental footprint by creating seasonless staples in earth-friendly materials. While we aren’t 100% sustainable yet, this is our ultimate goal. 

We also wanted to produce easy-to-wear items that can match with what you already have in your wardrobe, so you don’t have to worry too much about what to wear. We hope that by simplifying your everyday fashion choices, you will have additional time to spend on other things that matter more. 

Life can be complicated, but fashion doesn’t have to be.
